Dial-a-cab is a privately owned, company established in January, 2001. In the past 12 years, Dial-a-cab has grown into a company with two directors, and a fleet and staff of 11 with a large national client base. This unprecedented and exciting growth period is a result of a strong vision, dynamic staff and dedication to excellence in the field of transport.
Dial-a-cab prides itself on maintaining a dedicated and hard working staff, who strive to meet the everchanging needs of our clientele. With a motto of “Anything, Anywhere, Anytime”, we have been able to service a client base that is diverse.
We have aligned ourselves with the interests of our clients, continuously researching ways to improve our already great service to them. With the use of independent consultants, our research budget is set to allow continuous development and improvement of our service.
All of our drivers are company drivers as we feel that it gives Dial-a-cab greater control over their training and appearance, and also over the vehicles maintenance, servicing, cleanliness, safety and reliability. The result is a more stable and reliable fleet, which in turn allows for more growth and professionalism within our company.
